Our mission is salary transparency. To achieve this, we collect the following information when you voluntarily submit a salary entry:

• Employment Data: Company name, job title, years of experience, and location.
• Compensation Data: Base salary, bonuses, stock grants (RSU), and signing bonuses.
• Verification Documents (Optional): Offer letters or screenshots uploaded to verify your entry.

If you choose to upload an offer letter to receive the "Verified" badge, we adhere to a strict immediate deletion policy:

• Manual Review OnlyYour document is viewed once by a human administrator solely to verify the numbers match your submission.
• Immediate Permanent DeletionAs soon as your entry is either accepted or rejected, the file is permanently deleted from our servers and storage buckets. We do not archive, retain, or share these files with anyone.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand website traffic trends (e.g., which pages are popular).

Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused. It collects anonymous usage data and does not track your browsing history across other websites. It does not use cookies to store personal identifiers.

Because we do not collect personal contact information (like email addresses), we generally cannot retrieve or delete specific salary entries upon request, as we have no way to verify you are the original author.
